MICROSHIELD A.20 ANTI-OSMOSIS 1KG
It is a black powder, based on graphite, to be added in a proportion of 20% on the C-Systems 10 10 Classic, C-Systems 10 10 CFS or C-Systems 10 2 resin, to further increase resistance to cavities, to scratches, and be less permeable to water because it is water repellent.
The percentage of 20% must be added in weight to 100 gr. total between resin and hardener. Each pack of A20 Microshields contains a plastic spoon. In packs of 4.5 kg. each time C-Systems 10 10 CFS A + B is pumped, a spoonful of A 20 Microshields should be added after mixing resin and hardener well. So if you do 5 pumping cycles, you will add, after mixing, 5 heaped tablespoons of A20 Microshields.
For the packaging of C-Systems 10 10 CFS of 1.5 kg. a spoonful should be added every four alternating cycles of A + B.
With C-Systems 10 2 in 6 kg packs, the quantity of 2 tablespoons filled should be added after 3 pumping of A + B and mixed well.
This is because the quantity of resin dispensed for each cycle is lower.
The additive A20 Microshields is applied in the final hands, after grouting.
Another characteristic of A20 Microshields is that it makes the resin extremely less leaky and for each coat it is possible to make, vertically, over 200 microns.
