Description
The electrolyte in these batteries is absorbed by glassfiber mat separators between the battery plates.
This means that in normal usage, the battery cannot leak. Even if the battery is accidentally dropped and the casing is damaged, the battery cannot leak as all the electrolyte is enclosed within the glassfibre mat separators.
This type of battery can even be shipped by airfreight, and the new line replaces the previous range of VETUS AGM batteries.
