Pumps and mini-pumps for dosing epoxy resin C-Systems 10 10 CFS in 750 g packs – 1.5 – 4.5 and 30 Kg.
Thanks to these pumps it is possible to obtain the correct quantities of resin and catalyst to make mixing and processing faster and safer!
Useof these dosing pumps is indicated for the packaging of C-Systems 10 10 CFS of 750 gr. The blue pump is for component A and the red pump is for component B. To activate the pumps, after having mounted them, press the plunger several times to load them. The resin mixing ratio is 2: 1 by weight ( 100 g A + 50 g B). For the correct proportion it is necessary to do 1 pumping of A + 1 pumped of B. When larger quantities are needed, the pumping must always be alternated, ie 1 pump of A + 1 of B, 1 more of A + 1 of B and etc. Mix the mixture well before applying. The pumps are equipped with a lock which is activated by lowering and rotating the dispenser by half a turn. Unlocking occurs with the reverse operation. Incorrect use, failure to follow the pumping sequence, the addition of solvents as well as an arbitrary variation of the mixing ratio, compromise the final result of the work. Check with a precision electronic scale – also available from us – the accuracy of the pumping weight. In winter use keep the two components in place with at least 15 ° CNB in our DVDs, as well as in the videos on our website, the images refer to old pumps (both white) that had a different calibration, ie 2 A pumped and 1 of B.
