Description
SPINNAKER MAHOGANY is a stain for wood and SPINNAKER Yacht Varnish, mahogany color, suitable for painting new or new woods. Ideal to be mixed (maximum 8 -10%) with the SPINNAKER Yacht Varnish line, mono and two-component, to “color it” and make it suitable for uniforming even new wooden parts or for maintenance and renovation.
Suitable for interiors and dead works in general as well as for cabin, mast, boom, bowsprit, etc. The drying times when applied to new or new wood are about 2 – 3 hours at 18 ° C (humidity below 70% ). Lower temperatures and higher humidity lengthen drying times; when mixed with the SPINNAKER Yacht Varnish line about 10% more than usual time.
Apply with a brush in the direction of the vein and after about 2-3 hours, the second coat can be applied, if necessary. The paint can be applied after about 6 hours or the next day (at 18 ° C). If mixed with the paint, after having shaken it well, pour it in the necessary percentage (max 10%) keeping in mind that each subsequent coat, if additivated with the stain, further darkens the result of the work.
