The carbon fabric is a very light but rigid fabric so as to be not very resistant to impacts. With its use it is possible to obtain composite materials with high mechanical properties (resistance to bending, tensile, compression, fatigue resistance). Composite materials with carbon fiber in relation to their weight are superior to any other material and are therefore used where high resistance performances are required but at the same time lower weight and volume.
